# Plagium

> Plagium checks any text, document or URL for plagiarism and for AI generated content, and returns a report with the matching sources and a section by section AI likelihood.

Plagium has been online since 2006 and is built by Septet Systems. The site is available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.

How usage is counted: 2 free searches per day without signing in, up to 2,000 characters each. No account is required. Text services use 1 credit per estimated page: quick search, deep search, AI detector and file search. One estimated page is 2,500 characters (about 500 words). Credits are bought once, never expire, and one balance covers the available services. Credit-pack usage follows the estimated page count. A one-off document purchase has a minimum monetary price equivalent to 5 pages; this is not a minimum debit of 5 credits.
